Mental well being , what are we really talking about? To me it is finding the right balance in everyday living dealing with the good the bad and the ugly as this can’t be avoided who knows what is around the corner I still remember that sinking feeling when my doctor told me I had cancer. I also remember the many great family christmas gatherings we stil have that give me so much joy. This is just one illustration about appreciating the positives in our lives . Throughout life there will be ups and downs for ourselves and our families that hold us together. For others it could be a close friend if we all had someone to turn to in our hour of need we are blessed , and psychologists would hardly be needed.
