Hello friends foes and family.This time last week the 15/11/2023 I had a plate put in my neck to hold my spine together.Can you imagine that. That’s what you get for being too active, but hey absolutely marvellous what can be done . So never give up whatever it is that ails you keep on fighting back. You can do it too.
